UTS medical science is not an AIMS accredited degree, Biomedical sciense IS AIMS accredited the difference between these two is Biomedical science is more focused on the diagnostic side of things in terms of testing for diseases etc.. Medical science is more research at UTS that is all universities are different.
I suggest doing Biomedical science if you plan to transfer to medicine as medical science doesn't come with accreditation if the medicine route fails, automatic accreditation is ideal.
