Vent your frustrations on QMA here...

I hate how right after the in-tute test, we have another quiz coming up!

I hate how lecturers skim through the course content, with no consideration for the fact that some people did 2U maths in the HSC, therefore are used to everything going slowly and step-by-step.

Really, that's about it, if only I could understand what my lecturer's saying...

This man speaks the truth. Uni is not high school, nobody will hold your hand and ensure you get through.

I don't get the hate about QMA. Was probably one of the better courses i've taken.

I'ts pretty freaking easy. even if you only did 2u maths.

I hate it with every droplet of blood in my body! I only got 50% in the first tutorial test><
They should really slow down first yr uni, so people from high school can go through the transition more smoothly...sigh sigh sigh~~

uni is the lowest point in my life>< i wish i was born with superior intellect and ability to adjust to new environment.

majority of the people are in the same situation as you. Fresh from uni, and still doing good.

Suck it up princess.

No, you will not be spoonfed during uni

Don't worry Chewy. I'm in 2nd year and I have to do QMA this year. I got credited for QMB instead of QMA... I'm in the same boat as you. I'm actually doing better in my 2nd year Accounting subject XD

It'll get better ;). Just takes some time transitioning into uni. I highly recommend you use your mid-sem break in doing ALL the tutorial, in-class and online questions, heck even attempt the past papers!! QMA is just HSC maths except taught at a faster pace. No one will ever spoon-feed you (however for law if you're lucky you will get spoon fed, depends on your lecturer).

I love how we're doing probability at the moment. QMB related topics for the win!

My tutor said that it was about 50% a few years back, but they made it easier and now it's around 30%.
