This thread is meant to be a definitive guide to the toilets found at the University of Sydney. This will be the official thread to post your reviews, your suggestions for improvements, your experiences and your reviews.

Carslaw Level 1​

(Faculty of Science)​

Pros:

• Large
• Hub for socialising (I've run into many friends outside Carslaw toilets)
• Convenient for Science Sudents
• Open windows
• Close to Carslaw elevator
• Close to Honi Soit baskets

Cons:

• Dirty (e.g. floor, overflowing towel bin etc)
• Can get quite busy
• Poor lighting
• Small sinks
• Frequented by people with poor hygeine

Wentworth Building​

Pros:

• Good lighting
• Choice of either hand dryer or paper towel
• Close to shops
• Clean
• Quiet
• Next to Commonwealth Bank ATM (kill two birds with one stone)
• Useful if you find you need to go while walking from Redfern station

Cons:

• Small
• Only useful during commutes across campus

Merewether​

(Faculty of Economics & Business)​

Pros:

• Two entrances
• Massive

Cons:

• Not ethnically diverse

Fisher Library​

Pros:

• Easy to find; same location on each level
• Share some time with the studious types

Cons:

• Small

which one sis the shithole near the mathematics building. I remember on open day in 2009 there was one of the toilets and it was near the mathematics building ( or im pretty sure it said mathematics ) , you go kinda of underground and its like dark and a shithole. Also, the place, bloody everything, walls , the ground was covered in like a 5cm thick layer of dust and shit, probably from the sandstone buildings, and then there was a noticeboard with messages from like 20years ago still on it

Merewether is the main building for students in the E&B faculty and ~50% are Asian. Basically if you want to have UNSW experience, go to Merewether.

Excellent thread.

Toilets in the quadrangle are absolutely five star. They're usually reasonable quiet, very clean, and spacious. Highly recommended.

Avoid Carsalw toilets if possible.

If you are looking to have sex in toilets, the ones in the Fisher Library stacks are your best option.

Please don't have sex in the Fisher Library stacks toilets. There's only one toilet on that level.

Quadrangle toilets are the best, especially the hidden girls toilets near the Great Hall, always clean, always empty.
Education building toilets aren't too bad either, provided you don't go to the ones on ground floor.

Law Annexe (The one near the Law cafe)

Law?

Pros:
- Rather Spacious
- Generally Clean
- Near bubblers
- Near ANZ atm

Cons:
- Bin is always overflowing with handtowels
- Taps for sinks are fucking retarded
- Few actual stalls
- Quite busy during peak hours

most the usyd toilets ive been to so far are disgusting. the public toilets in redfern are cleaner. well probably not but close.

The Eastern Avenue toilets are pretty good but are always so ridiculously busy.

Eastern Ave toilets are pretty good, I think only first years go to Carslaw toilets because they don't know the Eastern Ave ones exist.

I also quite like the quad toilets, nice lighting. They're not excellently clean, but they're okay.

oh yes and the library toilets. im so scared. everything is infected. i have to wash my hands several million times.
