Right now my schedule looks like this:

Monday
9am to 11am: ARTS2630 Lecture
11am to 12pm: ECON1203 Lecture
1pm to 2pm: ECON1203 Tutorial
3pm to 4pm: ECON1102 Lecture

Tuesday
10am to 12pm: ARTS2630 Tutorial
1pm to 2pm: ECON1102 Tutorial
3pm to 5pm: ACCT1501 Lecture

Wednesday
1pm to 2pm: ECON1102 Lecture
2pm to 3pm: ECON1203 Lecture
3pm to 4pm: ACCT1501 Tutorial

I'm thinking of changing my schedule to this:

Monday
9am to 11am: ARTS2630 Lecture
11am to 12pm: ECON1203 Lecture
1pm to 2pm: ECON1203 Tutorial
3pm to 4pm: ECON1102 Lecture

Wednesday
10am to 11am: ECON1102 Tutorial
1pm to 2pm: ECON1102 Lecture
2pm to 3pm: ECON1203 Lecture

Thursday
10am to 12pm: ARTS2630 Tutorial
1pm to 2pm: ACCT1501 Tutorial
3pm to 5pm: ACCT1501 Lecture

Which is better?

It really comes down to a matter of preference. Do you want a day break in between uni or a longer weekend?

With the first one, what are the locations of your Wed ECON1203 lecturer and ACCT1501 tutorial? Reason I ask is because you dont want to run across campus to get to a tutorial, especially if the Mid Sem for Acct1502 is during tutorial. What about your other back to back lecturers? Are they on opposite side of campus?

I made the dumbest decision in 1st sem by having a lecture down lower campus and a tut straight after upper campus. Going from upper --> lower is fine but lower --> upper can be tiring.

Thought about it and ended up changing my schedule. Like you said, I didn't want to run across campus to get to a tutorial.

Though now I just realized another problem... my ARTS2630 lecture on Monday is in the Old Main Building, lower campus, and the ECON1203 lecture right after it is in the Central Lecture Block, upper campus. Urgh. Should I just give in and go for four days instead of three days of uni?

From OMB to CLB isn't too far. CLB is like mid campus.

Lectures tend to start 5-10 minutes into the hour and finish 5-10 minutes before the hour. So you have 10-20 minutes to get to next lecture. The only problem would be whether you can find seats. Which lecturer are you planning to take for ECON1203? There is a lecturer who has a strong spanish accent that is very hard to understand.

EDIT
Just checked you have Fiebig who is good but can get boring. He explains the stuff well though.

Alright, that's good then. (That the distance isn't too far and that I can make it in time for the lecture, I mean.)

Hurray! I'm glad that I have a decent lecturer for that course. I really want to do well in the subject. >__<;

Thanks for all your help. :)

No worries feel free to contact me if you still need help :D About 3-4 weeks into the semester, it should be easier to find seats in lectures as people start to stop going to them haha

Haha, as usual. And thanks, I definitely will contact you if I need the help. ;)

Like Trans4M said, it's basically Business Statistics. If you're doing MATH2901, you're probably already way too advanced for this course anyway, haha. (I, on the other hand, will die attempting to pass the course, because I really suck at Maths, haha. Will do my best to get a good mark on it though.)
