Since i'm procrastinating, thought i'd make this thread.

Isn't it hilarious how Board of Studies give us 'practice papers' and half the crap on there is awaiting copyright?

Especially for SOR and english..

I mean, if it's breaching copyright, then don't put it in the damn exam..

Yes, correct.

One time use of copyrightable material is different to if you want to mass-release it. Both still require it, but it's harder to get the latter.

I did a 199_ biology practice exam (just to see what it was like) and like pictures had "awaiting copyright"...
I know it can take a while to get, but like ~15 years?...

our supervisors wouldnt let ours take them. there like maybe we wrote on the exam paper so we might get marks for it.

im thinking to myself they mark the answer booklet not my exam booklet *facepalm*

most of the time, if it's awaiting copyright for more than 5 years, people have probably given up on them, so don't expect to wait it out, find something else.

Our supervisor told us this as well. But we get the choice whether to take them or not.

I dunno haha our spervisors are really strict on it.

That sucks. I'm lucky our supervisors are pretty cool.
