if you think logically i believe 14 is A. I believe B would be distributed (feedback is required therefore longer rest needed to talk), C could be distributed or part training (its a difficult task) and D would be part as well (its a sequence therefore you'd do it in parts). Learning a skill in an open environment would be most correct.

Also with 1 I believe its prevelance (C). Morbidity was number of cases per 100000 or so I thought? Anyone else please give me your thoughts

20 is D for sure cause you'll still be using your aerobic system until you breach the anaerobic threshold thus training at or about the threshold poses the greatest aerobic benefit. I think this was a question in the Macquarie revision guide so yeah.

No this isnt correct^^ Your only in the aerobic system until you surpass the threshold. beyond this point you'd be working anaerobically and therefore have decreased aerobic benefits. It had to be A (W)

20 is definitely d as between the aerobic and anaerobic threshold is the aerobic training zone. Once you surpass the aerobic threshold you begin using the aerobic system as the dominant energy source and once you surpass the anaerobic threshold you begin to use the anaerobic system as the dominant energy source.

"When a person is working at a level of intensity above the aerobic training threshold and below the anaerobic threshold, they are working in the aerobic training zone." this is a quote from the pdhpe textbook

Since d is the working at the highest intensity while still in the aerobic zone it it indicates the greatest potential for gain in aerobic conditioning.

Incorrect. So you're saying once you surpass the aerobic threshold you start working the anaerobic system? What happens when you reach the anaerobic threshold?? You only start working anaerobically when you SURPASS the anaerobic threshold. Training close the the anaerobic threshold poses greatest benefits cause it trains your body to remove lactate quicker reducing the onset of fatigue. Trust. It's in the textbook.

Ok so the level w was at (A) was 70% of Max heart rate. Surely you don't think working above 70% is still the aerobic system. It's a

How'd everyone feel about the simple "how does types of training improve performance in various sports" for Improving Performance.

It just felt so simple that I was unsure if I was answering the question correctly.

I talked about aerobic and strength (syllabus says talk about two) and within I talked about different sports and how it improves performance. What did others do ?
