That bitch of a 12 marker in sports med... And I chose cognitive for anticipation because my teacher had been saying during revision that now technically you're supposed to be initially teaching the base if the skill at the cognitive stage.

Everything I was prepped for in SPAAS and sports med wasn't asked, so I just let my pen flow to the best if my ability. Last year's paper would have gotten me a band 6. This year? Eh, perhaps not.

Wow, I actually liked the 12 marker in sports med! I'm just worried that I didn't connect it with the four types of heat-loss. Gah! That first question about the indicators of morbidity really got me, was that 3 or 4 marks?

Yeah but its at what point is it initially learned which would be at the high levels of associative.. At autonomous its just used more often and its more developed.. I'm not sure its one of those stupid BOS questions same as 19
No it's learned in autonomous and used more often as a characteristic of a skilled performer I think

3 marks I'm pretty sure. I ended up writing about pathology testing and hospital admission statistics.
Excuse me whilst I curl up into a ball and cry.

I think I stuffed up the Health of Young people option (b) 12 marker
29. (b) How are young people's priorities and values influenced by aspects of their development?

I wrote about influence of peers/family, prevailing youth cultures, global events and trends, and the influence of technology.
But apparently it's about revising roles within relationships, clarifying self-identity and self-worth etc.

What did you guys write about?

I think I dun goof'd.

Needed 2-3 more booklets for short answers and didn't know whether to write each question in a new booklet or not (neither did the supervisor - strong old lady incompetence) and so I wrote them all in one booklet.

Called BOS and it turns out they mark the questions separately. She says it won't make a difference because markers will liaze with other tables and sort it out. I don't buy it though, I reckon it will disrupt the fluidity of the marking/ reading process...

First response was Indicators of morbidity.. That one got me. Worth 3 marks so hopefully get at least 1. Other than that was a very decent test. Did sports med and improving performance, liked all 4 questions.
