There is a difference between what is perceived and what is reality. It is perceived to have no change in volume but in reality, there is a change in volume. The question stated that the student realized the leaking after the titration.
Well the question as worded in your first post doesn't specify when the student realised the leaking.

Well one can assume that the student realized afterwards, because if the student realized in-between tests, then there would be no need for the question, as the student would scrap their previous results and redo with a proper pipette.

How did he not realize it was leaking during the pippetting?
My teacher makes weird questions like this, so its best not to question the reality of the situation and just focus on trying to get the full marks.

Doesn't matter when student realised it, pipette leaked so the volume still changed from the measured 25mL
