after nearly a month, i THINK he said the words today...but it was whispered and i didnt wanna go "pardon?" so i didnt reply...then the moment passed, so i dunno whether he did or didnt...gah!

Thats what i did...and it felt good not sure whether he said it, but regardless, i took the leap o faith. And he replied the same, so that was a bonus! worst case scenario didnt happen: his reply - "thanks, kid." Now i'm over the moon!
