yer i know and it even includes footnotes!!!

i am already over 700 words and i havent finished the first person yet :(

That's annoying. One of my footnotes is about 30 words long, because I am using the traditional preferred Oxford method which means if we cite a case, we need to also cite where we found the case (e.g. Luntz & Hambly).

Are you serious?....LoLz

thats screwed...:p

It probably would, the word count includes almost everything and gathering that the criteria also assesses the use of headings, I would assume that headings were included (not that it would endanger the word limit, but still contribute in a nasty way).

I've barely done any of the torts and I'm almost, if not already, over! It's like all those little words in the headings and footnotes - which has like no impact on my argument - are all helping to push me ova!

I'm such a wordy person - like when I explain, I EXPLAIN!! Eeeek....

DEATH BY WORD LIMIT!

Haha - I feel like i'm doing this assignment in my own lil world though..haha..I have no idea if i'm approaching it right. :p I'm just going along..haha.. going drastically over the word limit as well!!

She'll either be like, "that's good" or "omg what has she done!"

It looks so easy when she does it in class.

awwww

It is a horrable little thing. So that means dedicating about 300 words or so to each tort would probably be acceptable (sounds so small).
