Ok guys, Student Fee's? You know that bill for $187 we all get? What is everyone doing?

I really want to wait until the government makes it voluntary, but I guess thats not going to happen. :(

Not sure if this have been created before, but was just not sure about what happens if I dont pay by the 27th Feb? Debt collectors, yada yada yada....

You *have* to pay it this semester. If you don't pay it before that date, they'll put a negative service indicator on your account, which cuts off your access to services (enrollments, exam results, etc).

Only from next semester does it become voluntary.

I paid last week. Got it over and done with, if I have to pay it I might as well pay it as soon as possible to get it done with so I can work out how much money I have without that lingering over my head

lol, dont we all wish we had ongoing scholarships too! but seriously guys, think carefully about whether or not you are going to pay your union fees next semester. i mean, we all know organisations like NUSA do a hell of a lot for us in all sorts of areas. the uni wont be half as much fun if they collapse

i was wondering the same thing. i heard that the uni outlet was shut down for whatever reason, but that the co-op bookshop was still in town. i dont know whether thats true or not though...or why its not at uni.
