Transfer from TAFE to UTS (1 Viewer)

I am now very confusing with my pathway after HSC!

I have an opportunity to do a Information technology traineeship in Australian Training Company. After I finish my two years traineeship, I will get information Technology certificate IV plus two years work paid! Then I can do a diploma of IT in the Medowbank TAFE that helps me go to University. Do you think I can get into UTS IT with two years work experiences and diploma?

Or should I get into UWS or Macquarie IT directly after my HSC ?

Pretty sure a Cert IV is fine for transferring into university (know a couple of people who did that path to UTS engineering), work experience wont factor into it though. Sounds like an all right experience though!

If uni is your ultimate goal, it's probably best to try to go directly in. After you've done your traineeship it might be difficult to give up your job/do part time uni after earning money for a while.
