Anyone been to Scandinavia in Central Finland just below the Arctic Circle?

There is this exchange program for 3 months, (history, culture and economics of Finland, Baltic states and Russia). This program includes a study tour to the Baltic States or Russia and visiting companies in Finland (all paid for) the tutition fees are also fully subsidised which seems heaps cool.


But has anyone been to this place? Do you think it is a worthwhile experience for Business graduates? I mean i would be paying for living costs for three months and if it isn't worth it, whats the point of going there right paying for a ticket and such...

Is there any hope for Russias/Finland's economy?

I think that it would be great. Not just the fact that u r stuyding somewhere else, but the fact that you are learning about a new and different culture and experiencing it first hand.
