Can someone please explain why the answer for this question is C and not B (Baulko Trials 2019)

there is an easy way to do these questions by the way if you didn't know.

1) move all bonds not C=C to vertical positions


2) open double bond up


3) repeat the exact same structure 3 times to show the continuation
