ok, so im asked a question going over trials, recommend and justify 2 possible marketing strategies that can help 'music fusic' regain customer loyalty. abit of backgroudn to this is that it mislead customers with false advertising. what is that marketing strategies anyways, the teacher circled it and i had got 2/4 for it.

- it can use below the line promotions: works as incentives to again increase the market share of the business.
- introduce a customer loyalty programme which can give frequent customers discounts - also acts as a incentive to reclaim market share
- Written Apologies to customers in pamplets/broshures used by company to advertise their products

Justification should be endevoured through mentioning and linking the strategies with 'relationship marketing', the process of creating customer value through satisfaction, while also developing stronger bonds and links with customers.
