Trouble installing Adobe Flash Player (1 Viewer)

Hey guys everytime i try to watch a youtube clip it says 'Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. '

The problem is i down the latest flash player, and it says i installed it successfully, but the same youtube message pops up .

Can someone please help me out on this?

I had to install the same homo flash player like 3 times before it worked. When you install it make sure you close down your browser and all programs you aren't using, something could be interfering. Also try turning off your AV and Firewall.
Also Javascript could be disabled in your browser.
