Can anyone give me a detailed review of PAL education (also referred to as Tomatec Coaching)?
What is the price rate per hour?
Opinions on the teachers there?
What subjects are they specialised in?

I'm mainly interested in the Physics tutoring available there. So how is the physics there?
I'm in year 10 at the moment so when would I be able to enrol for Year 11 Physics?

Are they comparable to the likes of PEAK?

I went to the Cabramatta Branch of Pal Education in Year 7 & 8.

From my Experience, This Tutor is all about incorporating Technology into the Classrooms - They use Tablets to project OneNotes onto the whiteboard.
They encourage Students to learn by breaking the Class into Two Study Groups - using a point system to reward groups for answering questions/ test results and Homework.

The Tutor provides weekly A3 Theory + Question Booklets, with alot of space to write, scribble and what not... alot of paper in the process is wasted.

The Classrooms aren't too small, they are cosy and located on a 2nd floor.
From past classes, i've found that it's hard to concentrate on theory, students are fascinated in socialising and their attentions drawn on the mistakes the Tutor has made on their Tablet.

The Principal: Panha Pal is an excellent Lecturer, he explains things thoroughly and uses extensive vocab + jargon -.-.. [partly the reason i didn't do so well and left], he is well tempered, though critizes lol. Panha, also said that Tomatec was the Number 1 Tutor in Sydney, now named Pal Education, trails behind other reputable tuition centres.

The Tutors there are alright, half of them are made up of University Undergraduates..

Currently in the Science Faculty, Dr. Anne Trang, is an excellent, young tutor. shes funny and nice.
Helen is also a Good Tutor..
-----

The Centre also provides fun activities and Gives Free BBQ Lunches to Students at the End of the Year; Also they Hold Ticket Raffles to win an iPad :)

Remember this is purely my experience from this tutor, everything could have changed by now.
Goodluck!

Oh Btw.. I do have to add, that:

Many of the Students i would say are confused in the work they are given...
The "Life Skills Tests" or Topic Tests are not done well.

For my Yearly Maths Report, I was ranked 3/10 Students.. And My mark was 30%
The Highest was 75%

So its Bad. Depending on how a Class Performed, if they fail they would have to do the LST Again.. if they failed again, it's a different story.
Students are left clueless as they move into the next topic. So to sum it up, those who don't do well.. tough luck

[SUBJECTIVE! + 1/2 objective:)]

I forgot to answer the Tuition Fee, it depends.. If you're just going for Physics, it should be around $250/term.
