is it possible to change ur courses , i wanna add finance at UOW,is it possible to change it completely before atar comes out and still get an early offer?

Or do i have to wait till atar comes out and add it to my list, and is there a chance at an offer?

I dunno about early offers, but you can still change it completely after your ATAR comes out
