UAC January round 2 offer lsr (1 Viewer)

I am starting university this year and wished to get into USYD course of Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Arts. The lowest selection rank (lsr) for this course listed on the USYD website is 91. My ATAR is 88.60 and selection rank 93.60. I did not get into this course in January round 1, and the lsr for that round is 94.65. Are there still possible vacancies left for January round 2 for me to get in with my ATAR and will USYD lower their selection rank compared to January round 1? I am also curious if universities tend to generally to lower their lsr in later rounds after the first two main rounds in the past years.
