is it true? like daily telegraph or SMH or watever publicise the uni u got into before UAC e-releases them?

offers are online on the 19th of jan, newspapers publish them on the 20th

hmm i think in past years it gets released before the date that UAC specifies.

In the past, offers have been released online at 9am on a particular day, and newspapers have published the offers in the morning edition on the same day.

However, some newsagencies had their newspapers delivered to them the night before. If you lived near one of those agencies, you could buy a paper (around 9pm) and get your offer.

This year it seems that UAC has decided to be a bit more sensible by just releasing the offers online at 9pm (19 Jan) - which is the time when you'd be able to get them early via the newspapers anyway.
