The nice people at SMH appear to have been inspired by this creation and have released their own 2010 search interface here:

You can only search by name rather than by course, but we might be able to set that up ourselves.

But the BoS database was for last year.
There is not BoS database (as of yet) for this year.

Since we now have the backend CSV file, it shouldn't be too hard to do.

I can't search it by course I entered the course code it and the list of names doesn't turn up.

You can search for offers made in Jan 2010 here.

To search by course code, you just type in the code (e.g. 511801 for combined law at usyd) and the offers should appear.
