You might. The UAI cut-off is the lowest accepted UAI from the previous year. If you check ealier UAIs (ie pre-2006), you can usually get a feel for how the cut-off is going to change for this year. If it's increasing, chances are it will keep going; if it's decreasing, chances are it's probaby going to be stable (the only reason why courses have big decreases is a drop in popularity or demand); and if it's fairly stable it could go either way.lianad said:Hey guys, the course that I want to get into is 93.60 and I got a UAI of 92.55...what do you think the chances are of getting into the course?..thanks

Check the 2005 cut-off if you can find it; you'll get a better idea of wht might happen.lianad said:yeah its a B Commerce/Laws.....I checked the cut offs for the past two years, and 2005 the cut off was high but last year it was only 90.55. Thats why I'm unsure.
