just wondering if you guys would be able to give me an estimate...i know my marks/ranks arent that great. thanks!

English:
- 80% = 35/110
- 75% = 55/110
- 67% = 77/110
- 70% = 20/110
- Average: 73%

Maths:
- 95% = 3/40
- 93% = 8/40
- 87% = 3/40
- Average: 92%

- 73% = 7/40
- 100% = 1/40
- 55% = 27/40
- Average: 70%

PD:
- 92% = 4/40
- 88% = 10/40
- 75% = 15/40
- Average: 85%

Art:
- 84%
- 85%
- 100%
- 60%
- Average: 82%

oh and normally, at our school the top half of the year get over 90

give us your cumulative ranks instead of every single assessment

i just averaged my ranks/marks out..and got this;



english: 47/110, average mark 76

gen. maths: 4/40, average mark 92

biology: 14/40, average mark 75

pd: 10/40, average mark 85

art: probs around 20/40, average mark 82




rank in year: 43/146

school rank: 32

To OP: First of all, you are at about top 40 range as your ranks already suggest but I cannot really give you the specific position you might be in as your subjects are low-scaled...but your ranks are pretty great so that kind of offsets that.

I really reckon you can pull off about high 80s and low 90s. If you want specific UAI, I will probably give it around 88.

um did you add up your ranks and divide them by x?
that wouldn't tell us much at all
didn't the school give you your cumulative ranks at the end of the year?

the school didnt tell us. all they gave us was our overall rank in the year

overall rank in the year? how did they manage to work that out given you are all doing different subjects and courses?

if we were to judge by the 40ish/140 overall for a 32 ranked school then 90+ is definitely a very realistic possiblity

i dont know how they did it..but it was on our report that we got on the last day of school. oh well i am very glad to hear that! thanks for your help everyone!!
