hey guyz I know this is like the 10000000th UAI prediction but I am a bit concerned on what I will get in my UAI as my trial marks weren't that crash hot....

Italian Beginners- 75% 5/6 (really smart class, class average of like 84%)
General Maths- 68% 14/50
Standard english- 65% 20/57
VET I.T- 80% 2/5
IPT- 72% 5/11

I know my marks are really low but I am going to do alot of work prior to HSC exam and plus I have been really sick, I was aiming for a UAI of 70, just wondering if this is possible from where I am at now, or if I needed extra work... by the way i put these marks in SAM and I got a UAI of like 52

youll need to definitely put more effort in, and since your subjects dont scale very good, youll want to be on the right end in terms of scaling, which means coming in the top 10% for english and maths.
so far its not looking too good, but im sure if you ace the externals, then i cant see why you cant get 70.

wow your marks are decent, and your ranks aernt bad either
what rank is your school? Just asking because that determines the quality of the cohort, even though it might change from year to year.
Either a 2unit subject wont count or your hist ext wont count and the worse 2 unit subject being counted as 1 out of 2.
If you keep that up then surely youll get over 80.....maybe over 85.
just study hard and try your best.

judging by your trial ranks alone, youre on the right track for 90+. Surprised to see how well you did in maths ext 2 over maths ext 1 though, but study hard and im sure you do relatively well.

im wonderin if i can get around 80 uai u rkn i cannnn

these are ma avg but wif ma trials theyll be round the same marks only i think english will go up to about 70 and three unit down to about 65 and the rest the same most probs

your ranks are alright for the marks youre getting, but im not sure whether the assessment standards at your school is relatively easier or harder than the average nsw school.
so far, it looks good for you to get way above 80...possibly 85+, but youll have to do well in the externals and hope your cohort does the same thing too.

yeaa i see wat u meaaaan......welll usually from me and 2 other guys are always 1st 2nd or third...and we usually are speperated by like 3-4 marks but who eva is cmoming 4th 5th or 6th are in the 50s or 60s so yea

I'm from a tiny rural public school,which explains the ranks lol. What can i expect with these sorts of averages? And with decent hsc marks can i pull these up to enough to get me an 80+ UAI?
2 unit maths- averaging 50-60% (1/2)
english (adv)- 60-70% (1/1)
legal studies- 80-90% (1/2)
ancient history- 80-90% (1/2)
business studies- 70-80% (1/9)
And the others in all of my classes, except business, aren't passing.

wow youre ranked first for every subject, so it really relies on you now to see how well you do in your hsc to determine your UAI.
if you do really well, then i cant see why you cant get above 80.

im not sure abt my overall rankings yet, but, far as i know...
i will be the top in esl , with probably 84%( got scaled down T.T)
and there would be a rise on overall in maths ext1 (80%, [5/20]
and a little fall on ranks and marks in both chem and econ

physics gonna have a terrible drop to rank 7/25 coz i have screwed one of my assignment...which takes 7-8marks away from my school results...
