Does anyone know how many University Developed coursse there are for the HSC? Can someone list them.

Problem Solving and Communication in Science has been run by USYD Summer School in the past. I don't believe there is any info on their website about it this year, as they are probably not running it - they state that the only HSC Board-endorsed course they currently offer is Mind and Morality. Best to contact the University of Sydney Summer School on (02) 9351 5774 and discuss it with them.
