Her name is Charlotte Gainsbourg, and she is a half French and half British actress and singer.

She has a rather unusual face, but there is just something about her that I find her so incredibly beautiful. I think it is a combination of her voice, her style and the way she carries herself. She also seems kind of mysterious, which makes her only more interesting.

You may have seen in in such films as (Hi, I'm Troy McClure) "The Science of Sleep" and more recently, "I'm Not There"
