Does anyone know where I can get all the undergraduate booklets reguarding USYD??

She probably means the prospectus (or so I would imagine, since she's still in high school). It's available online at: Undergraduate Prospectus - About the University - The University of Sydney. If you want a hard copy (highly recommended since multiple PDFs don't make for easy reference), you can get them at open day at the end of the month.

wow, the prospectus is actually quite professional now. i remember when i enrolled it was full of shitty annoying photos of the student ambassadors:

Some of them i know you can just head into the university..go to the relevant faculty office and you will find hard copies of the "undergraduate" booklet for that faculty (e.g. if you are interested in science....you can either go to the science faculty office..or even walk into the chemistry building and they have a stack of the science booklets there at this "window" to some office as soon as you walk in...)
