Usually around July for the mid year break. Then end of year is the end of November, to the end of February/Early-March
Each uni is different so no one can give you specific dates.
Generally mid semester is in early april, semester is in june/july, mid semester in september/october, then finish up November up until Feb/March. Its a pretty chilled lifestyle.
