Units are a balancing act... the more you do, the more you have to spare, but the less time you have to work on them. If you drop to 10, make sure you can do well in all 10. If you can it's good to have 11, cos at least if you fuck up in one subject you'll still have a bit of a backup. Unfortunately the bloody extension subjects are twice as much work as normal ones...

i do 12 but i am stuffing up in chem, and this is the only subject that i am that terrible in. however, i am thinking of dropping it after trials if things dont improve. however, if i perform better than most people doing it, i will continue it
