Oh come on... foundation is too easy... If you can't get thru it, how can you get thru year 1...

I think UFY's course content is quite simple (watered down, perhaps?). You should seek help from your lecturers, tutors and the learning centre as I reckon these are the best avenues for assistance.

its a 1 year course, that generally rich international students enrol in (16grand for the year).
at the conclusion of the course you are basicly guranteed entry into the undergrad course of your choice. you need a GPA of about 7 to get into most courses(fairly easily attainable) (8 for commerce and 8.5 for comb law)

yeah if you have pr you can still do it, however i dont know any locals who have because none are ca$hed up :()
not sure if you need a uai but you could probably get in with being a local and having hsc marks of ~75 in your subjects
but.. not quite sure why you'd do ufy if you had done your hsc
