UNSW students: Article needed (1 Viewer)

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone who goes to UNSW could do me a small favour. I need to read a journal article, but UMelb doesn't have any copies of the journal. UNSW has a copy and so I was wandering if anyone would be kind enough to scan/send me a copy of the artcile. The details are as follows:

Passing the Test of 'Soundness and Cogency' (2006) 3(2) CL 17
CL= Australian Civil Liability

If you can help, please PM me or email me. I really need this article but I have no access to it.

i think he means 'physical' journal articles.

in which case, trishan, i doubt any of us can help you coz we're at the beginning of a two week break.

if you're really desperate, Melbourne to Sydney airfares are only about... 200 bucks return.

We have 1 week semester break (for everyone at uni), plus the law students have 1 week afterwards called "reading week", in which we have no law classes and can catch up on readings/assignments.

That means if you are still doing your non-law degree at the time, you still have to come in for those classes. But if you're in fourth of fifth year, you're only doing law classes -- so you don't come in at all

Knowing the state of our current library (did anyone see the article in the Sun Herald?) it wouldn't surprise me if they had actually thrown out that journal.

You might be in luck. Perhaps the article you were looking for has been shipped to Melbourne for "storage".
