Unsw village - room mates wanted! (1 Viewer)

Hey guys! Looking at studying engineering or business at UNSW next year. Going to apply to stay at UNSW village, looks like a rad place to stay. Room mates are randomly assigned, although if you get in early you can apply to share an apartment with someone you know. I'm looking for someone with similar interest to me - would be better than being stuck with someone you don't get along with to well :p.

I too will be living at UNSW Village this year (moving in at the end of this week), I've aready been assigned a room though. When do you plan on moving in?

Keep on their tails, they are a bit slack.

I'd be happy to be roomies with you next year (note to henry08, he is planning on moving there in 2011), but I am not sure I will be staying there in 2011 as well (don't like having to pay for 52 weeks).

Yeah, the 52 week deal is kinda dodgy.

I think I am in Tower 6 (Room 600 and something so does that equal tower 6, not sure)?

Haha, yeah I did post it on Facebook.

Won't be there this year - will be there in 2011 (if I decide not to have a gap year)

I think I am in Tower 7 actually, as it is room 700 hundread and something, not 600.

Tower 7, moved in on the weekend. It is alright, not that many peopel here yet though, so is a bit quiet at the moment. Most people are pretty firendly and the Oweek activities look pretty good.

OP: Defiantly organize it with friends/people you know even slightly rather than total randoms.
