It would have to be:

The "Apple Mac OS 10.3 XP 64-bit Edition for 64-bit Extended Systems"

I always thought the 'panther' etc. was code name that wasn't released to the general public

"Do anything with Mac OS X Panther"

"Mac OS X Panther v10.3 gives you everything you need to live in the digital age."

"Panther provides a luscious, liquid interface, called Aqua, across every application and the utilities you need to control and customise your Mac."

"Panthers simple and elegant design is easy to use and intuitive for new users, with powerful features for professionals."

And so on.

They were advertising it on their main/home website (www.apple.com), showcasing the upcoming features and going through What's New and all the rest of it, but you're correct, 10.3 is Codenamed: Panther :)

"Panther" is well worth the upgrade. It contains optimisations for both the new G5 altivec system architecture and extra features for non-G5 macs.
