I'm just wondering if anyone has had to do a test when upgrading from their green ps to fulls in the past 6 months to a year or so. Apparently you still have to do a test if you got your ps before Nov 30 2017, however I have had friends get their full licenses in the past 6 months and have not done a test even though they got their greens well before this date.
Have they just gotten rid of the full license test as a whole and no one has to do it regardless of when they go their greens?
