i was just looking for a general intro (bout 2 or 3 sentences) on urban dynamics which can be the start of my essay 4 any response relating to urban dynamics.

this is my introduction from report.

Urban Dynamics are the processes responsible for any changes taken place e.g urban renewal,urban decay, gentrification and spacial exclusion. Sydney is a large city determined as a centre of political power, world trade and economic stability. the urban dynamics have significant and various impacts, these impacts include the social structure and spacial paterns, change in economic character, cultural importance, changing growth and development sustainability all of which will be discussed in this report.
