Human Rights Agreements:
Universal Declaration of Human Rights- ensures equality before the law, freedom of speech right to an education etc. Developed by the United Nations in 1948.

Response of the Government to Human Rights Challenges:
generally the government has responded well, ensuring freedom of speech, the right to vote etc, through legislation. They also promote human rights through the United Nations, treaties, conventions and institution building.

Response of Groups:
United Nations- develops treaties, gives aid, works through its organisations such as WHO.
Amnesty International- fights to protect human rights, protests, obbies the government to change policies in relation to assylum seekers.

Individuals:
This one i'm not so sure about....you could mention specific individuals like eddie mabo or something, or perhaps say that indioviduals take part in protests, sign petitions etc. Not really sure....

Other nations:
In Canada, the governent developed an offical document recognizing the need for reconciliation with the first nations people. They introduced education programs into schools, developed indigenous employment schemes etc. All aimed at reducing inequalities between the indigenous peoples and no-indogenous.

As far as strategies for reconciliation, gilstar has listed them all. u would just need to expand on them a bit.
