Using another prescribed text in the section III response (1 Viewer)

For english (standard), my prescribed AOS text is "Rabbit-Proof Fence". I have gotten mixed responses as to whether we are allowed to use another one of the prescribed texts as one of the texts of our own choosing?

eg. The question states I need to make reference to my prescribed text, ONE from the stimulus booklet and at least one text of my own choosing.

So I would make reference to Rabbit-Proof Fence, The Road Not Taken, Life is beautiful and The adventures of Huckleberry Finn.

Did that, and it's fine to use one of the other texts as an additional text in your essay.
