USYD HSC Preparation Courses? Is $415 worth it? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I have been doing some research into some HSC study camps/sessions/lectures etc. and I was wondering what the best option would be. I am choosing to do this because I am highly prone to procrastination at home, and would love to actually get some study done in the holidays.

I was thinking of doing the Mathematics Part 1 and Advanced English Part 1 courses in January concurrently whilst visiting Sydney (meaning 5 days straight with 3 1/2 hours of each subject per day, or 7 hours in total each day).

I was wondering whether anyone has participated in these courses before or has done others that are similar, better and/or cheaper (are the crusaders summer study camps any good?).

For five days it is pretty expensive-cause sometimes intensive studying don't give you the chance to absorb the content, but if you are worried of procrastinating and visiting Sydney along the side, then it might be a good option to keep your motivation and focus up while being time compatible to your commitments
