Hi

I'm from Europe an I wanna do an abroad semester in Sydney next year starting in february. I applied to USYD and UTS and now I'm thinking about which uni would better for me.
I prefer USYD at the moment, because it's more popular. The problem is, I'm far enough in my studies, but USYD doesn't offer any postgraduate coursework in my subject (mathematics). So I chose some Bachelor and Bachelor Honours courses. My Question: What is the average age of the students in these courses? I heard you start and finish university early in australia, so I'm afraid of sitting between 18 years old guys only.
UTS offers postgraduate coursework, but the courses don't sound very interesting to me... what should i do? :)

For honours, the majority of students are young, 22 to 24ish years old.

Thank you! That would be fine, I'm 23.
So I take it, in bachelor courses most students are 18-22 and in postgraduate 23-25?

Have you considered UNSW? http://www. maths.unsw. edu.au/honpg/future/coursework/pgfuturecoursework.html

yeah that's about right. when you were asking about the average age i assumed you were 30+ but 23 is completely normal
