Is the EAS + Year 12 bonus point scheme applicable for those who want to do law at UTS?

I know this guy, who had an ATAR of 87...but because of the EAS he was able to get into law/business at UTS?

Is it true?

yes, EAS is for all unis according to their own criteria

but bonus points depend on the uni itself

My friend had her EAS approved for all unis except for UTS which was kinda weird...
