Oh yeah, I know some dumb f*ck is gonna ask.. but can someone explain to those who'll ask why they haven't received an offer from UTS, even though they have UTS courses on their preferences.

Course offer(s)
Please choose the offer for the course that you would like to accept and click 'Submit'. Note, you may only accept one offer:

C10059 Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication (UAC code 601070)
Last years cut-off was 92.30. I only got 86.35 and was also accepted for EAS. So either the cut-off decreased significantly or something isn't right.

I got into B Business @ Kuring-gai with 86.90, so that's at least a 0.15 decrease from last year.

the application number is our student number with or without a 1 in front, right?

if that's the case, that means I didn't get into UTS (3rd & 4th preferences which had a much lower UAI cutoff), which means I probably got into one of my first 2 preferences :)

the cuttoff changes each year.....if the course is not as popular this yr as it was last yr then the UAI cutoff will decrease and sometimes they accept ppl who r slightly below the cuttoff.......
