Skaife has appendicitis.

Brad Jones also out with a back problem (focusing on Bathurst).
John Bowe also out with a sholder problem.
(But we don't really mind about those two :p)

Get off the internet before you hurt yourself (or I hurt you for that comment). It's already been established that Rick Kelly is the most undeserving champion since forever.

OK, eveybody talking about Lowndes in here. Everybody else, outside!

That was one hell of a race for the last fifteen laps, and we got a Ford Trifecta! Kudos also go to Greg Murphy for an excellent drive hounding Junior Johnson all the way home.

Let the worshipping begin!

What do you mean begin worshipping Lowndes? Surely to meant to say continue :p

Best news is, is Whincup and Lowndes are now 1 and 2 in the championship, with the tool boys behind them :D

THERE was high drama in the opening practice session for the V8 Supercar Challenge on the Gold Coast today when Mark Skaife T-boned championship contender Rick Kelly.

Kelly was left stranded in the middle of the track after nudging the tyre wall on his final lap in the 50-minute session.

An unsighted Skaife hit the side of the Toll HSV Dealer Holden at considerable speed and both teams will have their work cut out to get the cars ready for the second practice session at 12.10pm today or, more importantly, qualifying at 3.55pm.

:D Thanks Skaifey!

I'd but him a beer, but I still think Skaife's a complete wanker.
