maybe i'm too late cause the post said very urgent but i'll write it anyways

a barrister appears in court on behalf of their clients. they can be either defence or prosecution and can appear in any court from local to high courts. A barrister usually will use a solicitors brief to prepare a defence for their client.

a solicitor prepares a brief for the barrister about the legal facts of the case. Solicitors will usually not appear in court but they can appear in local court matters. Solicitors will often sit at the bar table with their barrister and provide legal information throughout a case but they will not get up and talk.

i think thats right, hope it helps

easy: a barrister is simply there to fight matters in court

a solicitors job varies from contracts, conveyancing, wills, and court matters
