Volunteering East Timor (1 Viewer)

Hi. I'm currently a uni student (2nd year) but I'm kind of disenchanted with my degree. I'd like to take a year or two off and do some work and travel. I was thinking that East Timor would be a great place to do some volunteer work. My background is in maths and English tutoring (doing a comp sci and applied maths degree)... does anybody know of any information that would be helpful? What groups might be available to "join" as a volunteer?

Most of the mobilisations are long term assignments lasting 18-36 months though, couldnt find any info on the short term assignments.
The next round of applications are accepted on june 29, with training and departure commencing in September.
