Wats a good Broadband or Adsl plan (1 Viewer)

I just WISH optus provides 15 gigs instead of 12 gigs if they did or do it will be awesome, and will stay as my first service provider, otherwise im looking to change since i have just 3 months including this month left on my contract, i might roll over to IINet's $80 plan.
