The website would be quite out-of-date to report a cut-off of 82 for Commerce (I suspect that might've been true 3 or 4 years ago).

From the most recent set of cut-offs (which can be found here: http://www.uac.edu.au/pdf/2004_uai_coffs_hecs_m.pdf), generally speaking commerce/accounting/finance have a cut-off in the low 90s (actually 90.50).

I suspect that it should rise a little (but not much more) for 2005 entrants.

yep, the trend has been a little bit over 90. so like flyin said, getting somewhere around the 91.xx mark should be safe. :)
having said that, you never know ;) :p

Hmm, I'm not sure. I think it's lower if you can prove that English was stumbling block for the HSC? Dunno.

Yeah, must be the citizenship thingy. If you have it you're not International.
