I'll restart my one week, instant six pack again today. So... i'm estimating pics will go up next Tuesday. I don't really know why you're interested in seeing my stomach, but w/e.
Maybe it's proof that I didn't have a six pack to begin with? Hmm...
I've decided to eat normally though. I hate salad. The only thing that i'll be doing to get a six-pack are:
- 10 crunches
- 15 minute run
- that stomach exercise from an earlier video that I posted [for 10 minutes]
- walking up and down the stairs for 5 minutes.

That's a 40 minute a day routine. I've done it today, except for the 15 minute run. I'll do that in the afternoon when it's warmer though.

wont work at all

2 components to getting a 6 pack

muscle and body fat

you cant really increase muscle and decrease body fat at the same time
so unless you have some muscle under there already then you wont see much improvement
10 crunches is nothing, you should do 10x5 or something idk then once you can do that easily then you do lots of cardio etc and lose body fat then you have a 6 pack

I'm very embarrassed to say that... I can't do one sit up :(

My tummy is relatively firm when I tense and poke...
haha. just cheat and put your feet under something
you should get a pilates ball. you'll have abs in no time

yeah you will probably have to do something to make the muscles bigger first
do some sit ups, get someone to hold your feet and it might make it easier
then try and lose some bodyfat later on and then you will have a 6 pack

certainly not
you might notice a change in a month and you might be happy with the result in like 10 weeks maybe
