Cardio in the morning, lifting in the afternoon - and I squat on all days as well.

azure or graney or shane or someone else who knows a thing or 2, im getting bored/sick of 5x5 workouts so i wanna get back to doing 3x10.
am i better off doing 3x10 of a constant weight or steadily increasing?
eg dumbell press start off with 20 then go 22.5 then 25?
or stick with something like 22.5 all the way thru?
from naver anding thrad

hmm yeah man lifting a total weight of 4250 kilos in under 10 minutes (dead lifts) with out the aid of any belts, straps or spotters every 2nd day without taking any protein or vitamin supplements for recovery isn't heavy lifting at all. All whilst doing a variety of other wieghts, and alternating routines sprints, jogging, cycling and martial arts training both morning and night.
kekeke TROLLED U BRO

Fairly over heavy lifting and weight gain - moving slower, less endurance, more knee injuries. The ability to float over ground should never be given up.

IMO - end result should be : Can scale walls with a finger. Can sprint like a kenyan. Can tackle and punch like a school bus on ice .

It's a physical program based around authority evasion, more or less.
true

I dirty bulked my way up so I just wouldn't look skinny. After hitting 80kg I cut my calories in half because I didn't want to end up looking like shane squires, but consequently strength gains have become very slow.

I'm looking at long slow progress now, 90kg by the end of this year, then cut a bit, prospecting being jacked in december 2013.
so you didnt want to look like the perfect human form oh okay

nah but i have lost all fat now and maintained same weight so still 85@183 delightful

gym has been closed for like a week straight i am so angry

i was up to

3x8 70kg bench
3x8 130kg squat on smiths machine and research shows smiths machine increases lifting ability for squat by ~20% so ~100kg?
3x8 40kg bent over row
3x8 deadlifts sometimes, 90kg, only sometimes cos my grip isnt strong enough
can do 4 pull ups with wide grip idk man i just cant do it lol
and i run to the gim 2km 7mins

omie jay i have no idea about any of this i just copy you guys

but smith machine forces u in 1 motion meaning u dont use stabilisers and less of your core is worked, but u have that back problem or somehting so i'll let you off.
ugh i wanna bench 75-80 again, i miss being chestrong.
i think im like 60kg bench, 3 or 4 sets of 6-8.
dl will be 80 since 90 destroys my hands.

but ive started doing dumbell chest press, more stabilisation for arms and so hopefully my arms will get stronger.
got up to 22.5 last time i did it properly with a spot (like 3 weeks ago, or 4), and my best was last year when i worked up from 22.5 to 25, 27, 30, then 27 again (around 8reps each set, 30 and 27 were 5reps).
fuark i hate when my strength just goes up and down.
also i gained 2kg since beginning of sem, so im like a steady 64 now, steady meaning 64 is the lowest of my fluctuation (highest would be like 65 lol).

10/10 amazing
srs?, but thanks anyways
i have to keep up with the tanks at my gym, honestly benching 3 plates (140Kg) for reps
i can squat more than a lot of them, but cant keep up with chest, iunno why, it was really good at the start

and yeah i am a little on the skinny side, but im at ~12% BF so theres room to grow and lose some
also:
Bicep Curl: 15Kg DB, 3x8-10
Dips: 3x6 BW
