300 is a bit excessive, but if you can thats great
to do that, have 5 meals a day minimum, with at least 2 protein sources in each, should get you ~300

very hard with uni/work/life

isnt milk like 3 gram protein per 100ml so 27 grams from 3 cups a day um fuck that
yes something like that. Devondale full cream milk has like 16gs protein per 400ml glass, i usually drink 3 cups of that ie 1.2L a day

gets you heap full though... so not always the best idea i guess

for a complete novice?

please son, he would probably explode
for one, you need to workout 5 times a week, which with a routine like that (6 sets hypertrophy work + power days) for a beginner would HIGHLY LEAD TO OVERTRAINING
also, its a fairly advanced workout, that is, incorporating techniques/moves that he would have no fucking clue about (box squat, eccentrics, rack pulls, speed work in general)

this guy is lifting 8 KILOGRAMS, I DONT THINK YOU UNDERSTAND
he hasnt done a squat IN HIS LIFE

hell, even with my experience i wouldnt touch that shit

maybe think about what youre saying next time instead of pulling out some routine you saw on the interwebz with cool pictures and stuff and recommending it to people
DO YOU EVEN LIFT SON?

Found an old iron bench press.. bench on the side of the road walking from uni.

I was excited. took it home. it had a few parts missing but thats okay.

when i get a welding helmet ill fix that thing up and then i'd have enough equipment to weight train my whole body.

At which point in your routines do you guys deadlift?
Mainly concerned about how much work my arms are going through before deadlifts. I feel I could lift more than I do, but left arm grip fails me.

I go like this:
squats + back work
bench presses
calf raises (holding barbell) + back work
deadlift

I've read that the 'big' lifts should be done towards the beginning of the routine, but I don't think I could handle squats then DL right after, and I don't want to get rid of squats...
easy fix: dont squat and dl on the same day. or do stronglifts and do 5x5 squat, then something, then 5x1 dl (stonglifts 5x5 only has 5x1 DL since squats are done on all 3 gym days).
yes i'd do the big compound lifts at the beginning.
Or I could just put deadlifts before calf raises lol (I think I'll actually try this first before making any huge changes - 3x10 calf raises is a pretty long time to hold a heavy barbell)

Stronglifts 5x5 is like a swap of SS 3x5 (mil.press/biceps one day; deadlift/bench the other - SL is other way around). So much change. :uhoh::uhoh::uhoh::uhoh:

ok if i eat a 300gm chicken breast for dinner and i had a 300gm steak for lunch thats still only like 130 gram of protein
Most of it for me comes from canned tuna and salmon. According to label, 24.4 g of protein per 100g. 425g a tin, 2 of them a day. Magic in a can

I shudder to think what bulking season would be like

Also, egg white. 9.8 g per egg. Doesn't fill you up at all. I can eat up to 10 of them in one sitting.

Well better start off slower, im in no hurry, I've pushed myself before and didnt workout for 3 months after that, was sore for 2 weeks (first time) so meh, I'll just join a gym and hire a trainer for a week or 2.
