I've set myself a challenge. This week, i'm going to work my ass off doing cardio and running up and down the stairs.
I'll upload a before and after shot. Mini six pack in one week? If I can do it, anyone can.
Challenge is on, bitches.

lol u probably wont achieve much after only 1 week, make sure you regularly do whatever exercise regime u wanna do

I'm going to give up my unhealthy diet this week.
Only salad+ tuna+ water.
Here's my workout regime for a six-pack:
- Running up and down my staircase 5 times.
- Jogging for 30 minutes

Everyday for one week. I just took a picture of my stomach now. Will do a before and after next sunday.

i only do cardio. 10mins elliptical and 40mins treadmill. plus the occasional 5mins on the rowing machine
i should probably do weights :S

This is only a one week thing, not permanent. So my diet is allowed to be crappy for a week. I might eat almonds between salads if i'm hungry though.

Just get lipo, it's quick and will save you the effort of figuring out a decent diet and workout routine.

I find it hard to do sit ups. I'll try doing 3 a day though :p
lol but thats the whole point. If your finding something too easy your not pushing yourself hard enough.
"No pain no gain" Do sit ups and push ups and push yourself
